Our project is about creating a narrative story related to the history of fashion, and the final format chosen was a comic.
We did a lot of research to carry out our research work, so we looked into the history of fashion and women's liberation in it and also into the history of comics. Afterwards we wrote a narrative for the comic and then we started to make sketches of what the final illustrations would be like. Once we had the plot and the sketches, we got down to work and started painting the pages.
Our comic book explains the chain of situations that the protagonist goes through when she falls against a mirror in a fitting room in a shopping mall.
The aim of our work was to create an interesting plot and a nice and attractive comic, to be able to publish it on a website where all kinds of stories are available, and also to be able to print it physically.
